Senior Client Success Manager (Insurtech): Leading client engagements from initial planning through delivery and BAU operations with an accent on product adoption and high-quality service experience. Location: Hybrid (UK); must be able to travel to client sites as required

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and product delivery from commercial handover to go-live and BAU steady state.
- Develop trusted partnerships with stakeholders to understand business objectives and drive successful solution adoption.
- Act as a client advocate internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements.
- Establish project governance, defining objectives, scope, and milestone timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver client training sessions both remotely and on-site.
- Analyze platform usage and operational metrics to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid work model.
- Proven experience navigating commercial and specialty insurance markets (e.g., Lloyd’s, the London Market, or US commercial lines).
- Strong track record in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Executive-level communication skills and confidence in navigating challenging client conversations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Underwriting or Brokering operations.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Slack, Figma, or Asana.
