What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with AR firms and National self-employed advisers.
- Provide objective advice on business strategy, structure, management, and operations to support growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Risk and Compliance, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to the effective onboarding of new AR firms and advisers.
- Ensure all activities align with Consumer Duty and regulatory standards to achieve positive customer outcomes.
- Manage a panel of firms across the region to understand and help achieve their short and long-term goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the West Midlands to enable regular travel to client firms.
- Extensive experience in a financial services sales environment.
- Deep understanding of AR principals, adviser operations, and financial advice networks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of wealth, mortgage, and protection propositions.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and risk-managed environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex political environments.
