TL;DR
Business Development Executive (Sales): Managing the complete sales cycle and implementation of Salary Sacrifice Car Schemes for SME clients with an accent on lead development and account management. Location: Hybrid (Watford, UK) - requires spending at least two days per week on client sites or at the Watford office.
Salary: £36,224 - £40,824

What you will do
- Manage the full multi-stage sales cycle and implementation of Salary Sacrifice Car Schemes for SME clients (up to 500 employees).
- Develop warm leads and inbound inquiries while acting as a key resource for the field sales team.
- Deliver new business presentations and proposals via telephone, webinar, and occasionally face-to-face.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders up to Director level.
- Support partnerships with employee benefit providers to drive new business referrals.
- Create project plans and manage contractual agreements to launch schemes for new customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and enquiry management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional call handling.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Watford for hybrid work.
- GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
Nice to have
- Experience in leasing, fleet management, or the employee benefits industry.
- Knowledge of vehicle products and tax legislation.
- Experience developing deployment plans and managing project lifecycles.
