What you will do

• Identify and develop commercial opportunities for AP&T in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Build strategic partnerships with relevant market parties and organizations.
• Establish contact with governmental bodies and product approval organizations.
• Monitor European market regulations and EID developments.
• Support account managers with specialized knowledge and market insights.
• Create a scalable way of working for future handover to the commercial team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, international sales, or market development.
• Strong professional background in agriculture; deep understanding of farmers and breeders is essential.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Dutch language skills for communication with Dutch farmers and partners.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or Germany and comfortable with frequent road travel.
