What you will do

• Own and execute the wholesale strategy across Germany and Austria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and negotiate commercial terms.
• Lead sell-in meetings and showroom appointments to drive performance.
• Analyze sales data, monitor sell-through, and optimize inventory management.
• Coach and develop the Sales Executive to ensure professional growth and performance.
• Partner with Finance and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales and account management.
• Proven experience with large-scale fashion retailers in Germany and Austria.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and Austria.
