Location: Remote (Preference for Europe or +/- 4 hours CEST); Not hiring from USA, Australia, or New Zealand

What you will do

• Streamline and scale existing collaborations within the partner network to unlock maximum value.
• Pursue strategic partnerships with wallets, neobanks, trading apps, and institutional market makers.
• Act as a technical expert when pitching hirify.global’s products to both developers and executives.
• Manage complex enterprise sales processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and legal reviews.
• Develop sales enablement materials, target lists, and influence maps.
• Provide market insights and partner feedback to the core team to influence product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in BD or partnership management, with 3+ years in crypto/Web3.
• Deep expertise in DeFi and a strong understanding of institutional financial markets.
• Ability to explain complex concepts like intent-based routing, MEV mitigation, and batch auctions.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Europe or within +/- 4 hours of CEST.
