What you will do
- Build and grow relationships with medium and large fleet customers across the Netherlands to expand Total Mobility offerings.
- Develop strategic account plans and tailored value propositions to address specific customer business challenges.
- Drive business development by managing the sales pipeline and supporting tender opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with Sales, Service, Network, and technical experts.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to translate insights into growth actions.
Requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the automotive or transport industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate effectively for sustainable growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging decision-makers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.
- Analytical approach to developing account strategies using market insights and data.
