What you will do
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close, owning revenue outcomes
- Exceed targets by converting leads and proactive outreach
- Build relationships with IT, Operations, and HR stakeholders
- Translate customer challenges into tailored solutions and business cases
- Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and customer success to improve go-to-market
- Contribute to process scaling, messaging refinement, and team growth
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- 5+ years B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience with proven track record in meetings, deals, and targets
- Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences
- Proactive in prospecting, cold outreach, and multichannel relationship building
- Experience with MEDDIC or SPICED methodologies
- Data-driven pipeline management and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
