What you will do

  • Drive ideation and execution of growth campaigns across digital, in-app, and social channels to engage the ICP.
  • Expand user engagement and conversion through webinars, events, forums, and referral programs.
  • Identify customer needs and generate user-driven insights to inform and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Leverage marketing automation and behavioral data to create personalized user experiences at scale.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams to test and refine growth levers.
  • Analyze performance trends and KPIs to develop actionable insights and report on business drivers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, adoption, and advocacy among existing SaaS users.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills for translating technical capabilities into customer value.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Demand Gen teams.
  • Strong product sense and design instincts with a bias toward shipping prototypes over specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
