What you will do

• Manage complex personal injury claims typically valued between £250,000 and £1,000,000.
• Lead cases from initial investigation through litigation to settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategies, instruct counsel and experts, and attend JSMs and ADR.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high standards of file management throughout the case lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues to maintain case quality.
• Collaborate across the department to meet performance and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive.
• Strong experience in multi-track personal injury litigation, particularly with high-value accident claims.
• Ability to manage complex cases autonomously with sound litigation judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Birmingham, UK.
