Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bolton, UK (Hybrid: minimum 1 day per week in office)

What you will do

• Assist in managing a caseload of complex, high-value catastrophic injury claims.
• Conduct detailed forensic analysis of medical and quantum evidence.
• Draft clear technical advice on indemnity, liability, and litigation strategy.
• Prepare pleadings, applications, and witness statements for court proceedings.
• Liaise with insurers, counsel, and other stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Supervise and delegate work to a Complex Injury Paralegal.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Solicitor is mandatory.
• Experience handling catastrophic or large loss injury claims.
• Strong understanding of indemnity, liability, and quantum.
• Proven ability to analyze complex medical evidence and litigation risk.
• Knowledge of litigation procedure and relevant case law.
• Must be able to work from the Bolton office at least 1 day per week.
