What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the HR COO, managing governance, executive materials, and priority setting.
• Design and execute cross-functional people programs from scoping through build, launch, and measurement.
• Bridge the gap between HR strategy and technology, acting as a product owner for HR systems and automation.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to translate workforce data into strategic insights and business cases.
• Optimize the employee lifecycle by eliminating manual processes and scaling HR workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or people operations (e.g., management consulting or Chief of Staff).
• Proven track record of executing complex cross-functional programs at scale.
• Experience at the intersection of HR and technology, such as digital transformation or HR systems ownership.
• Experience in financial services or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for building business cases and synthesizing data for executive audiences.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
