Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to the HR COO, managing governance, executive materials, and priority setting.
- Design and execute cross-functional people programs from scoping through build, launch, and measurement.
- Bridge the gap between HR strategy and technology, acting as a product owner for HR systems and automation.
- Collaborate with People Analytics to translate workforce data into strategic insights and business cases.
- Optimize the employee lifecycle by eliminating manual processes and scaling HR workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or people operations (e.g., management consulting or Chief of Staff).
- Proven track record of executing complex cross-functional programs at scale.
- Experience at the intersection of HR and technology, such as digital transformation or HR systems ownership.
- Experience in financial services or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for building business cases and synthesizing data for executive audiences.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
