What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to the COO and executive team on people strategy and organizational design.
• Design and own company-wide people programs including performance management, compensation, and career development.
• Optimize people operations systems, technology stack, and compliance tools.
• Build and manage operational infrastructure including benefits strategy and vendor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and support a high-impact People team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proven experience building and managing people operations teams.
• Deep expertise in HRIS systems, benefits design, and global workforce planning.
• Experience advising and influencing executives at the C-suite level.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.
