What you will do

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.
• Own people operations, including benefits, total rewards, and the full employee lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a high-performing HRIS and ATS tooling stack to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure strict HR compliance across standards like HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR.
• Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in collaboration with leadership.
• Steward company culture through structured engagement and performance management cycles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent and people operations leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience building processes and systems within startup environments.
• Deep expertise in owning core platforms including ATS, HRIS, and performance management tools.
• Experience managing sensitive employee relations, including investigations and restructurings.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead company-wide initiatives.
