What you will do

• Plan and execute ABM and integrated campaigns across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many motions.
• Own and optimize paid media activation across LinkedIn, search, retargeting, email, and social media.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to establish KPIs and measure pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Develop and evolve Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), segmentation strategies, and buyer journey mapping.
• Create campaign assets such as landing pages, social content, and digital advertising in partnership with creative teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Marketing to align territory plans.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in ABM, integrated campaigns, or demand generation.
• Proven experience managing paid media programs, including targeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of ICP development and buyer journey frameworks.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and ABM tools.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Atlanta, Georgia office.

Nice to have

• Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B technology environments.
