What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of ABM sales plays for QuickBooks Money and Mailchimp, from targeting to sales activation.
  • Develop and manage annual inbound and outbound demand forecasts in partnership with finance and sales.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution (CFX) programs to align marketing timelines, sales plays, and product launches.
  • Leverage AI tools to synthesize performance data, surface demand signals, and generate actionable stakeholder insights.
  • Optimize demand generation platforms and tactics across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Drive operational rhythm between marketing, sales, and product teams to improve go-to-market efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Strong background in SaaS or fintech industries.
  • Proven track record of executing ABM sales plays and coordinating cross-functional programs.
  • Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research and insight generation.
  • Proficiency with go-to-market platforms such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead through influence across diverse teams.
