What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across digital channels to drive event registrations.
• Manage the end-to-end registration experience, including platform configuration and attendee communication flows.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals and ABM motions.
• Optimize audience acquisition plans based on persona, account tier, region, and industry.
• Track performance benchmarks including conversion rates, attendance, and pipeline influence.
• Utilize AI and automation to personalize outreach and accelerate campaign production.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or field marketing in B2B/Enterprise Tech.
• Hands-on experience with event platforms (Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo) and marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua).
• Must be based in the US (Atlanta, GA) to support hybrid work.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and performance diagnosis via dashboards.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with ABM and intent data tools like 6sense or Demandbase.
• Knowledge of supply chain, retail, or omnichannel commerce sectors.
