What you will do

  • Design and launch a 0-to-1 enterprise marketing playbook to connect demand generation with closed-won revenue.
  • Execute ABM programs using advanced segmentation and multi-channel orchestration to penetrate high-value accounts.
  • Manage a tiered field and event portfolio, including flagship conferences and curated executive programs.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales and SDR leadership to optimize pipeline motions and lead-routing strategies.
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to track ROI, pipeline attribution, and program performance.
  • Act as a senior cross-functional leader to codify best practices and scale successful motions globally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise or upmarket segments at high-growth SaaS or fintech companies.
  • Proven 0-to-1 mastery in building enterprise marketing programs with direct accountability for revenue targets.
  • Hands-on experience architecting ABM programs, including account tiering and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Strong track record in executing tiered field and event portfolios for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales and SDR teams to align on pipeline and conversion goals.
  • High analytical rigor with confidence in using Salesforce and marketing performance data.

Nice to have

  • Experience in global fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure environments.
  • Prior ownership of executive communities or advisory programs like CFO councils.
  • Fluency with modern ABM and marketing operations stacks such as Demandbase, Marketo, or Splash.
