TL;DR

Field Marketing Lead (Fintech): Owning the entire events program to turn in-person experiences into a meaningful pipeline engine with an accent on executive event design and strategic annual planning. Focus on engaging C-suite buyers in financial services, optimizing event ROI, and converting engagement into qualified SQLs.

Location: New York Office

Compensation: $135K – $190K + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop a strategic annual event calendar including owned events, third-party conferences, and partner activations.
  • Design and execute high-impact brand presence, from booth design to speaking engagements and experiential moments.
  • Build and lead the executive event program, including attendee curation and agenda design for senior buyers.
  • Collaborate with enterprise sales to design account-based field programs to accelerate priority deals.
  • Manage the field marketing budget end-to-end, ensuring strong ROI and tracking pipeline influence.
  • Source and manage external production vendors and event agencies.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in field or events marketing.
  • Proven experience engaging C-suite and VP-level buyers within the financial services sector.
  • Strong ability to connect marketing programs directly to revenue and pipeline outcomes.
  • Expertise in complex program management across multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for communication with senior internal and external audiences.
  • Full accountability for budget management and allocation.
