Compensation: $135K – $190K + Equity

What you will do
- Develop a strategic annual event calendar including owned events, third-party conferences, and partner activations.
- Design and execute high-impact brand presence, from booth design to speaking engagements and experiential moments.
- Build and lead the executive event program, including attendee curation and agenda design for senior buyers.
- Collaborate with enterprise sales to design account-based field programs to accelerate priority deals.
- Manage the field marketing budget end-to-end, ensuring strong ROI and tracking pipeline influence.
- Source and manage external production vendors and event agencies.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in field or events marketing.
- Proven experience engaging C-suite and VP-level buyers within the financial services sector.
- Strong ability to connect marketing programs directly to revenue and pipeline outcomes.
- Expertise in complex program management across multi-stakeholder environments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for communication with senior internal and external audiences.
- Full accountability for budget management and allocation.
