What you will do

• Develop and manage headcount planning and workforce spend tracking, including vendor contracts and travel.
• Vet vendors, process contracts, and manage invoice approvals in collaboration with Legal and Procurement.
• Define technical requirements for software agreement reviews and discussions.
• Assess and mitigate cross-project risks through partnership with VP-level stakeholders.
• Improve communication channels and document processes for program management.
• Support and grow a global team through capacity planning and soft skills development.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in vendor management or financial portfolio management.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical role, team, or company.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools like Monday.com or Smartsheet.
• Experience managing direct reports in a small team.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the New York office.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
