Salary: $105,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Develop and manage headcount planning and workforce spend tracking, including vendor contracts and travel.
- Vet vendors, process contracts, and manage invoice approvals in collaboration with Legal and Procurement.
- Define technical requirements for software agreement reviews and discussions.
- Assess and mitigate cross-project risks through partnership with VP-level stakeholders.
- Improve communication channels and document processes for program management.
- Support and grow a global team through capacity planning and soft skills development.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in vendor management or financial portfolio management.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role, team, or company.
- High proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools like Monday.com or Smartsheet.
- Experience managing direct reports in a small team.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the New York office.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.

- Experience working alongside or within video engineering or a relevant engineering field.
- Interest in news and advancements in the video engineering space and AI.
