Salary: $110,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Lead integrated productions across broadcast, digital, social, and experiential media from concept to delivery.
• Develop production approaches that balance creative vision with budget, schedule, and resource feasibility.
• Manage production plans, scopes, timelines, and day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build and reconcile production budgets while maximizing production value and agency profitability.
• Partner with Creative and Account teams to provide production expertise and manage client expectations.
• Vet creative ideas for executability and maintain strong relationships with vendors, directors, and production partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience within an advertising agency or integrated creative environment.
• Proven track record of producing integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social media.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing production budgets, schedules, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong understanding of live action, post-production, VFX, and emerging production technologies.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid office model.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAG-AFTRA, union productions, and talent contracts.
• Automotive production experience.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled production tools.
