What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Shopper and Retail video production programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across agency teams by facilitating reviews and managing stakeholder communication.
• Own program planning and execution, including roadmap development and resource coordination.
• Oversee the creative production lifecycle, including intake, review cycles, and legal approvals.
• Ensure quality and compliance across all video assets according to brand standards.
• Optimize production processes using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Requirements

• Must be based in Detroit, MI to support a hybrid schedule (4 days/week in office).
• 4-6 years of experience in digital project management.
• Required experience working within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of executing digital advertising campaigns across Paid Digital, Site, Social, and Email.
• Deep understanding of digital media planning, buying, and performance analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
