What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate daily activities, including technician task lists and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming.
• Act as the primary client interface to manage expectations and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee on-site installation, performing field verification and coordinating with contractors and other trades.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure project profitability.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and lead teams on the most complex and sensitive projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades or AV commercial settings.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
• Deep knowledge of audio/video systems and low voltage electrical projects.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for frequent local travel.
• Associates/Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
