What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects ensuring alignment with corporate goals, design standards, and compliance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across geographically diverse portfolio with regular site visits, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication and updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to design guidelines, sustainability, and quality standards while collaborating on innovative solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate with real estate, IT, security, and facilities teams.
• Build vendor relationships and provide insights to enhance workplace strategies using industry trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years in workplace delivery, real estate, or construction project management
• Experience managing complex projects, multiple at once, and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong work ethic for fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
• Excellent team, stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for all organizational levels
