What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality from initiation through closing phases.
• Coordinate daily activities, including task lists for technicians and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure profitability and timely billings.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues for stakeholders.
• Oversee system programming, final checkouts, and the turnover of projects to clients and service departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in broadcast or audio visual system installations.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for complex stakeholder negotiation.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence for frequent travel (up to 90% local, 30% remote).
• Ability to work in construction site conditions, including using PPE, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical, political, and people-related problems.
