What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.
• Execute equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and game changes.
• Investigate and resolve complex system faults to meet SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with venue staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all service activities, inventory usage, and tasks in management tools.
• Ensure all work aligns with WHS policies and legislative regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Valid Australian driver's licence required.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to acquire and maintain relevant state/territory gaming licences.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and field service applications.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical field service role, gaming industry, or electronics/mechanical repair.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and maintenance scheduling.
• Previous exposure to WHS systems or regulated industries.
