What you will do
- Provide initial troubleshooting and support for common software issues within the product range.
- Analyze logs and recreate issue environments to identify root causes of incidents.
- Manage tickets and queues while ensuring customers are updated per SLA guidelines.
- Develop and validate solutions for complex technical issues.
- Create knowledge base articles and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve high-complexity technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electronics, Information Systems, or a related computer science field.
- 2-4 years of related experience in software support.
- Verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong skills in log analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticket and queue management systems.
- Must be based in Nicosia, Cyprus for hybrid work.
