What you will do

• Lead system design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of network infrastructure components.
• Implement new network technology aligning with strategic directions for enterprise and remote site connectivity.
• Maintain global network infrastructure standards, including wireless, LAN, and SD-WAN networks.
• Manage the installation and setup of physical and virtual network hardware, such as firewalls, routers, and switching.
• Execute engineering efforts to ensure the currency and supportability of networking technology.

Requirements

• Experience with operator-scale routing design using protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, LDP, or RSVP.
• Proficiency in LAN switching for data center and enterprise environments (RSTP/MSTP, LAG, MC-LAG, or SPB).
• Hands-on experience implementing network security protocols including MACSEC, IPSEC, and 802.1x.
• Knowledge of network design for security, including Firewall, IDS, and IPS management and configuration.
• Eligibility for DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance.
• Must have resided in the UK for at least 10 years.
