Product Manager – Survey & Design (Clean Energy)

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and a product designer, setting priorities and deciding what to build, when, and why.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for survey, heat loss, and design tools used across hirify.global’s sales and installation journey.
• Build an accuracy-and-learning loop using installation telemetry to reduce heat loss estimation errors.
• Develop expertise in heat loss calculations and balance market-specific regulatory requirements with business goals.
• Bridge technical product development with the field reality of Design Engineers working in customers’ homes.
• Roll out the tools across the UK, Germany, and Italy, drive adoption, and track progress through defined metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Product Manager role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
• Ability to own a technically and domain-complex product and earn the trust of expert users.
• Strong data and analytics skills, including metric definition, measurement design, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Studies in thermodynamics.
• Experience building tools for field-based, operational, or expert workforces.
• Homeowner experience and the ability to speak German or Italian.
