What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap and delivery for foundational electricity-delivery capabilities, including market integrations and supplier switching.
• Drive improvements to conversion and completion rates across onboarding and activation flows.
• Collaborate with the Energy Contract PM to maintain clear boundaries between delivery and commercial contract logic.
• Contribute to building AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual back-office work and prioritize problems.

Requirements

• Proven PM experience in complex, regulated, multi-actor operational domains such as energy, logistics, telecom, or payments.
• Ability to independently map actor relationships, information flows, and regulatory constraints.
• Data-driven mindset to identify process failures and drive measurable operational efficiency.
• Experience working with backend systems and APIs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Berlin, Germany.
