Product Manager - Energy Market

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and delivery for foundational electricity-delivery capabilities across four markets.
• Lead market integrations, supplier switching, metering data ingestion, and delivery lifecycle management.
• Improve conversion and completion rates across onboarding and activation flows by reducing drop-off and failure rates.
• Maintain clear boundaries between foundational delivery capabilities and commercial energy contract logic.
• Contribute to AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual back-office work and improve problem prioritization.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience in a complex, regulated, multi-actor operational domain such as energy, logistics, telecom, payments, or a similar field.
• Ability to independently map actor relationships, information flows, and regulatory constraints.
• Experience using data to identify process breakdowns and drive measurable improvements in failure rates, completion rates, or operational efficiency.
• Comfort working with backend systems and APIs.
• Proactive communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders in a distributed team.
• Motivation to adopt AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
