Senior Director, Product Management (LCA)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Life Cycle Assessment tools and services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team in partnership with Engineering, Data, Science, and UX/UI.
• Own the LCA product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, scientific developments, and regulatory requirements into product opportunities.
• Guide partnerships, integrations, and data strategies involving LCA databases, methodologies, and software platforms.
• Define product KPIs and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product teams or complex product portfolios.
• Experience building, scaling, and delivering B2B SaaS products, preferably in sustainability, ESG, environmental software, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of Life Cycle Assessment methodologies, sustainability data, the GHG Protocol, and ISO standards.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, communication, stakeholder management, and customer research skills.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, and scientific teams on technically complex products.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Experience with sustainability regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with LCA platforms such as SimaPro, openLCA, or GaBi.
• Experience with LCA databases, environmental product data, or sustainability data platforms.
• Experience in a global B2B SaaS organization serving large enterprise customers.
