Product Manager - Alarms (IoT)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid 3/2 model: at least three days per week in the Telefonplan office and up to two remote days. Some travel to offices, customers, and partners across Europe is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden.

What you will do

• Own and develop the product roadmap for lift alarm, fire alarm, and intrusion alarm offerings.
• Translate customer needs, market insight, and technical opportunities into product priorities and requirements.
• Work with R&D across concept development, requirements, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Lead market introductions with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and country teams, including positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and launch materials.
• Engage customers and partners, monitor product performance, and use revenue, margin, and adoption insights to guide priorities.
• Drive digital initiatives involving customer-facing installation and commissioning tools and represent the portfolio at industry events.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar B2B technology role.
• Experience with technically complex products or services and taking hardware, software, or connected services from development to market.
• Strong product and commercial judgment, including the ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Technical fluency with connected hardware, software, and cloud services, with willingness to test products hands-on.
• Ability to collaborate across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, customers, partners, and international teams.
• Fluent English and eligibility to work in Sweden are required.

Nice to have

• Professional Swedish or another Nordic language.
• Knowledge of European alarm standards, including EN 50131, EN 54, EN 81-28, or EN 50136.
• Experience in IoT connectivity, telecom, SaaS, channel partnerships, or multiple European markets.
