TL;DR
Manager, Account Executive (AI): Leading a team of Strategic Account Executives to drive the adoption of frontier AI within global systems integrators and consultancies with an accent on co-sell motions and strategic partnerships. Focus on building C-suite relationships, scaling repeatable sales motions, and translating partner needs into product roadmaps.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY); must be in office at least 25% of the time
Salary: $450,000 - $550,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Scale repeatable sales motions and use cases across Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
- Engage with C-level executives to build business cases and navigate complex procurement processes.
- Manage revenue targets, pipeline generation, and forecasting for the organization.
- Collaborate with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to align roadmaps with partner needs.
- Orchestrate cross-functional motions with Customer Success, Marketing, and cloud partners.
Requirements
- Experience leading strategic sales teams selling complex technical products such as API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, or ML platforms.
- Proven track record of winning and growing strategic customers, specifically within GSI or consultancy ecosystems.
- Strong operational rigor in managing high-volume pipelines and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Credibility with technical buyers such as CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
- Proven coaching skills to elevate team performance and account strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI or LLM-based products in the GSI/consultancy market.
- Established executive relationships within firms like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, etc.
- Experience with co-sell motions involving AWS and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based commercial models.
