Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the UK (expected to work from the head office in Lenton, Nottingham, twice a month).

What you will do

• Prepare and finalize intellectual property licensing and digital distribution agreements.
• Evaluate website and app terms and negotiate IP commissioning arrangements.
• Advise marketing and media departments on copyright, music rights, and talent advice.
• Manage venue hire contracts and global supplier arrangements.
• Ensure consumer regulatory compliance and adhere to marketing standards.
• Instruct external counsel and maintain a portfolio of legal advice to support departmental efficiencies.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales.
• Commercial experience in Copyright and Trademark law.
• Proven experience in brand licensing and negotiating IP licensing documents.
• Ability to operate at pace within a changing business environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
