What you will do
- Advise on the full lifecycle of UK and EMEA employment matters, including hiring, contracts, contractor classification, and exits.
- Manage employment disputes, including settlement negotiations, ACAS Early Conciliation, and tribunal claims.
- Draft and maintain employment templates and policies across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Support corporate transactions, including due diligence, integrations, reorganisations, and TUPE-related matters.
- Lead workplace investigations in partnership with Compliance & Ethics to ensure fair process and remediation.
- Develop and deliver employment law training for managers and other non-legal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UK employment law experience with exposure to multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales in good standing.
- Strong grounding in UK employment law, including the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act, Working Time Regulations, and TUPE.
- Experience advising on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
