What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for content development, event production, distribution, and talent engagements.
• Identify legal risks and design mitigation strategies for event execution across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable guidance to leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Manage intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance workflows.
• Support incident management and dispute resolution in coordination with litigation specialists.
• Update internal legal templates and guides, and deliver training to the Legal Department and employees.

Requirements

• Qualified US or UK barred lawyer.
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in-house at an experience-economy or live production company.
• Native or Bilingual English proficiency (C2).
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
