What you will do

• Conduct legal reviews of license and SaaS agreements for corporate software and core products.
• Collaborate with local and commercial lawyers to review IP terms in service and sales contracts.
• Manage IP outsourcing agreements with designers, photographers, and software developers to ensure compliance.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on a wide range of IP-related issues.
• Address open-source matters, including license analysis and compliance implementation.

Requirements

• Legal degree from a top-tier university in the EU or the US.
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience with legal firms or technology companies.
• Exceptional contract drafting, legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience with software development commissioning, technology licensing, and trademark issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.
