Salary: £30,255 - £41,769 + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term networks across the Life Sciences vertical market.
- Develop and maintain a specialist candidate pipeline within highly skills-short markets.
- Drive proactive business development within Pharma, Biotech, CRO, and MedTech organisations.
- Source, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates across all levels of seniority.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including terms negotiation, delivery, placements, and aftercare.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs through high-quality performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a recruitment consultant or a background in sales.
- Driven, self-motivated mindset with a passion for building commercial relationships.
- Consultative approach with strong commercial acumen to influence clients in technical markets.
- Resilience, confidence, and the ability to differentiate yourself in a competitive landscape.
- Strong communication skills and an ethical, organised approach to recruitment.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite at the London Cheapside office.
