• Execute full 360 recruitment cycles for the Trading and AI Infrastructure team.
• Manage and deliver on live requirements for Enterprise clients in the US market.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the company's US client portfolio.
• Identify and recruit the top 1% of global candidates for Hyperscalers and top Hedge Funds.
• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple time zones, adapting to UK or US hours.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically with top-tier companies (FAANG, Hedge Funds, etc.).
• At least 6 months of proven experience in business development.
• Experience working across multiple time zones.
• Must be based in the London Area, UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
