• Partner with Hiring Managers to structure and run effective hiring processes.
• Identify required skills and best assessment methods for tech roles.
• Source diverse candidates and ensure an inclusive candidate experience.
• Refine and improve hiring processes using data.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring journey for candidates.

• Experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused tech companies.

• Proficiency in sourcing and resourcefulness.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and respectful approach to candidates.
• Ability to adapt to various stakeholders' needs.
