TL;DR

Sales Executive (Medtech): Driving revenue through the sale of sponsorships, exhibit space, and integrated marketing solutions for flagship healthcare events with an accent on B2B relationship management and pipeline development. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Boca Raton or New York City office (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office).

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + commission.

What you will do

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages for flagship medical events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare brands and industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to manage booth allocation and event floorplans.
  • Identify upsell opportunities across the portfolio to meet individual revenue KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sponsorships, media, or exhibitions.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Professional communication presence across phone, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be able to work in-person at the Boca Raton or New York City office at least 3 days per week.
