What you will do

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue growth and sales quota targets.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple hospital stakeholders including ICU, ED, and OR departments.
  • Orchestrate the entire sales process from lead generation to implementation and account lifecycle management.
  • Partner with internal teams including marketing, clinical sciences, and inside sales to drive product demonstrations and awareness.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track regional activities, metrics, and sales funnel progress.
  • Travel frequently within the Midwest region to meet with customers and support clinical demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Must be based in the Midwest, USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
  • Proven track record in capital sales and managing complex hospital procurement processes.
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for healthcare facility access.
