TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new B2B business opportunities within the technology and lead generation sectors with an accent on outbound prospecting and strategic account penetration. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, conducting needs assessments for C-level executives, and expanding market share through consultative selling.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in Auburndale, MA, USA (in-person 3+ days a week)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus commission

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Develop strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or lead generation.
- Proven track record as a hunter with a focus on generating net-new revenue.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Auburndale, MA office.
