What you will do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Mid-Market territory in the UK.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
- Iterate and shape the UK GTM approach to ensure competitiveness and resonance.
- Deliver accurate pipeline insights and forecasting to sales leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluent English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
