Compensation: $600k–$1M annual quota

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders to identify challenges and position hirify.global as a transformative solution.
  • Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives to co-sell and unlock new opportunities within your territory.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multi-stakeholder buying groups and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling business cases and narratives that demonstrate hirify.global’s impact on productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales and strategic account management.
  • Strong ability to articulate value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs.
  • Expertise in pipeline generation and engaging C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with team-selling environments and aligning with internal partners.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Financial Services industries.
