TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid work model.

Salary: €72,000–€90,000 EUR (OTE)

What you will do

  • Prospect new business and build a robust sales pipeline within the UK automotive market.
  • Present hirify.global offerings and benefits to dealership partners via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage a dedicated book of business and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Act as a liaison between dealer partners and internal teams, including marketing and senior management.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills to effectively communicate with senior management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and result-driven attitude.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales.
  • Bachelor's degree with a commercial focus.
