What you will do

• Prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data from sources such as Amazon, ERPs, and invoicing tools.
• Manage and execute VAT reporting across EU countries, including OSS and local VAT returns.
• Assist with Intrastat reporting and related regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on operational VAT-related tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements to ensure reliable and high-quality compliance deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in VAT reporting, EU VAT compliance, or OSS reporting.
• Very strong Excel skills, including experience with large data sets, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of EU VAT processes and filing requirements.
• English: Confident communication skills required.
• Logical thinker with a structured and proactive approach to work.
