What you will do

• Perform credit underwriting for B2C end customers and B2B partner companies.
• Review financial documents and risk indicators within defined underwriting rules.
• Make credit decisions within specified approval limits.
• Identify and escalate anomalies, risk signals, or potential fraud cases.
• Support the continuous improvement of underwriting and operational processes.
• Work closely with the Risk team to ensure stable daily operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Lending Operations.
• Strong experience in B2B underwriting.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C underwriting.
• Fluent German language skills.
