What you will do

• Take ownership of transfer pricing matters for the Education segment in alignment with the global TP framework.
• Design and implement TP policies and structures for digital and platform-based business models.
• Lead the preparation and optimization of TP documentation following OECD guidelines and local requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, Finance, and business units regarding intercompany arrangements.
• Coordinate and drive transfer pricing audits with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Mentor junior team members to strengthen the overall TP function.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in transfer pricing within a multinational group or advisory environment.
• Strong expertise in OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax frameworks.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Must be based in Berlin for hybrid collaboration.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with digital, IP-based, or platform-driven business models.
• Experience with SAP and specialized data/TP tools.
