Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and own the partnerships acquisition channel with accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors.
  • Identify, pitch, and close referral and integration partnerships to drive user adoption and revenue.
  • Develop a tailored go-to-market strategy for the specific accounting ecosystem in your market.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize software integrations such as DATEV and Sevdesk.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing account management.
  • Analyze partner-driven acquisition performance (CAC, conversion, retention) to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
  • Strong working English proficiency.
  • Native or fluent command of the local market's language.
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Excel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments.
  • Existing professional network among accountants and tax advisors.
  • Familiarity with local accounting software ecosystems (e.g., DATEV, Sevdesk, Lexware).
  • Experience launching affiliate or channel-partner programs.
