What you will do
- Build and own the partnerships acquisition channel with accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors.
- Identify, pitch, and close referral and integration partnerships to drive user adoption and revenue.
- Develop a tailored go-to-market strategy for the specific accounting ecosystem in your market.
- Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize software integrations such as DATEV and Sevdesk.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing account management.
- Analyze partner-driven acquisition performance (CAC, conversion, retention) to maximize impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
- Strong working English proficiency.
- Native or fluent command of the local market's language.
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments.
- Existing professional network among accountants and tax advisors.
- Familiarity with local accounting software ecosystems (e.g., DATEV, Sevdesk, Lexware).
- Experience launching affiliate or channel-partner programs.
